Odločba in sklep
Decision : die Entscheidung : odločba vs. Decision : der Beschluss: sklep
Večinoma je odvisno od vrstice: „has adopted this decision“ oziroma „has decided as follows“ – v prvem primeru gre za odločbo, v drugem pa za sklep.
Kljub vsemu pa se včasih v izvornem angleškem dokumentu pojavi napaka, zato to pravilo ne velja vedno. Odločilno je predvsem, ali ima akt naslovnika in torej
vsebuje vrstico: „This Decision is addressed to …“. V tem primeru gre za odločbo, sicer pa za sklep. Ustrezno je zato v tem primeru treba popraviti tudi vrstico: „SKLENIL/-A“ v „SPREJEL/-A NASLEDNJO ODLOČBO“ ali obratno.
